“Furnace Pusher”
After charging sponge iron and forming a bridge on the molten surface, the furnace pusher creates a hole in the bridge and delivers its molten material to the surface of the sponge iron. This process ensures proper permeability of the molten material. On the other hand, gases produced from the melting process exit through the hole, preventing explosions in the furnace.
A hydraulic furnace pusher is installed between two furnaces and can cover both furnaces. All pusher equipment is covered with protective shields, ensuring durability in harsh conditions. Remote control of this device is done with a dedicated joystick, allowing for easy and smooth movements. The device’s body is designed to provide optimal performance against tensile and impact forces.
